Submitting a project brief does not constitute a legal contract. A formal agreement including final pricing, intellectual property rights, and delivery schedules will be signed separately before the commencement of any development work.
All conceptual prototypes and designs provided by GenDev during the discovery phase remain the property of GenDev until final payment is cleared as per the individual project agreement.
While we strive for 100% uptime and bug-free delivery, GenDev is not liable for any indirect damages resulting from server downtimes or third-party service failures (e.g., Firebase, Hosting providers).
